Main Street Project:

This project is being completed in three key phases. The first phase involves the installation of new can lighting, during which we implemented measures to protect against drywall debris. In the second phase, the trim and walls are being sanded and repainted, requiring us to safeguard the floors and other areas of the home from paint spills and dust. The final phase involves sanding and refinishing the floors, where our primary focus is on containing dust and preventing it from spreading throughout the home.

To prepare for this project, we began by relocating all furniture that obstructed the work areas. We then laid down durable floor protection to shield surfaces from debris throughout the construction process. Non-work areas were carefully taped off, and any furniture that could not be moved was securely covered. To further ensure cleanliness, we installed a zip-wall barrier to contain fine dust and maintain a controlled environment. This comprehensive approach ensures the home remains well-protected and minimizes disruption during the renovation.
